1. What is OnlinePhotoRetouching.com?

OnlinePhotoRetouching.com is a website providing service for all your photo retouching needs. Have you ever wanted to have your pictures altered in some sort of way, like removing some distracting objects, or restoring old image, or make you look like you are on the cover of the magazine? You can order all that on our website. Please see our services page for more information.

2. Why should I use OnlinePhotoRetouching.com services?

There are multiple reasons why you should use our services. Most likely you use websites such as Facebook, where you have ability to post your pictures. Why post regular pictures, when you can post professionally retouched photos which look just perfect. Think of the advantage which you can get by using retouched photos on dating sites, social networking sites or any other website which has user profiles and option to upload pictures. At the end of the day it is always nice to look at perfect pictures of you, your family, your friends.

3. Why should I use your services instead of doing it myself with free online tools?

None of the free online tools has the expertise of the professionals working in photo retouching industry for years. Each of your photos will be carefully examined and retouched by professional artist. Of course you can use free online tools, but in most cases, you will not be satisfied with the result. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our services.

4. What services you currently offer?

We offer multiple services / packages for retouching your photos such as: old photo restorations, photo retouching, goods/products retouching for commercial use, wedding retouching package. You can view all our services here.

5. What kind of pictures do you retouch?

We can retouch any type of picture which you send us. Quality, size and file extension does not matter. It is better to send original images, which you shoot on your digital camera, of course if you will send us low quality image we will do everything what we can to improve it.

6. Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?

Actually yes, we do offer discounts for orders of 50+ pictures. If you have such order you might want to consider sending pictures recorded on a CD by regular mail or sending us an archived ZIP or RAR file using third-party webservice like sendspace.com. Please contact us by email orders@onlinephotoretouching.com to discuss the discount.

7. I have just placed the order but for some reason payment failed. How can I pay you?

Sometimes you may encounter some difficulties with paying by paypal, which currently is the only way we accept payments for the orders. Please use this link to pay for the order http://payments.onlinephotoretouching.com. Please keep in mind that we do not start order processing until we receive payment in full.

8. I am photographer and I need to retouch lots of pictures on a regular basis, can you offer a discount?

Definitely we will give you a good discount. Please contact us by email info@onlinephotoretouching.com

9. I am not satisfied with the result

As stated in our terms of use, customer satisfaction is most important to us. We offer a free revision for the photos which you don`t like. You just have to send us processed photo which you`re not satisfied with and comments, we will work on that photo according to your comments as long as it is under the selected service. If you still will not be satisfied, we will provide full refund. Please send your requests to customercare@onlinephotoretouching.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for the revision to be processed.

10. Will you use my photos in your portfolio after processing them?

Not without your permission. We would really appreciate it if you would allow us to do so, but in any case we will ask your permission.

11. Why didn`t I get results after 24-48 hours of order time?

There are 2 reasons this could happen:
1) If you ordered more than 1 photo to be retouched it might take more than 24-48 hours to process. We process bulk orders usually within 72 hours, however it depends on the amount of photos in your order.
2) if you ordered your photos on the weekends or outside of business hours. We do work outside business hours and on weekends but we do not guarantee regular order processing time during that period.
*Please note that processing time increases during Canadian holidays.

12. What are your regular business hours?

We work Monday to Friday from 10 am to 18 pm (Eastern Daylight Time).
Please note that we are located in Toronto, Canada and time difference between multiple Cities/Countries varies.

13. What is `make me fit` service?

Make me fit service is offered as a package in Advanced Picture Retouching. Basically it is optional service which allows our customers to become fit on their photos with the help of our professional photo retouching expertise.

14. Which methods of payment do you accept for your services?

Currently we accept only paypal payments. You can pay directly with credit card through paypal or you can use your accounts balance to pay for our services.

15. Do you send retouched pictures by regular mail?

We can arrange delivery of large volume orders on a cd / dvd by regular mail.
